As Spring quickly approaches, Peppercorn have been working to design, spec and complete all allergen information ahead of the latest David Lloyd Clubs menu launch. During extensive food development, innovative flavour profiles and healthy balanced dishes were created. One of our favourite new dishes is the aromatic Harissa cod with sautéed new potatoes, green beans, beetroot and carrots, and we love the extensive new range of small plates that are perfect for a quick bite after a tough work out.
