Equipment Specification

From kitchens to front of house

Making the right equipment choices from the start can save time, money and operational efficiency further down the line. Too often in projects, the equipment supplier is asked to specify the kit for your project. We don’t believe in doing it this way as there can be a conflict of interest. Having independent experts like us work with kitchen suppliers, chefs and project teams ensures the right equipment is installed right from the start.

Why should you choose Peppercorn for your equipment needs?

  • We have worked in kitchens as well as designing them, we know what works and what doesn’t.
  • We don’t believe in allegiances or deals with any equipment provider or manufacturers. This keeps us completely independent and we like it that way.
  • We work with all aspects of the project from the F&B team, the project managers and the equipment suppliers.
